My iLife arrived at my brother in NY who will ship to me in the Virgin 
Islands....we can't order from the Apple STore!!!! really third 
world....
But a few years back something I ordered from somewhere never came and 
when I called the company they told me it had been returned to them as 
undeliverable. I asked how they shipped and it was either UPS or FedEX 
GROUND!!!! I had that picture in my mind that you have, Erica, glub, 
gllub...oh guess we can't find that address down here....
