I'm new to Ebay, and want to buy a dv camcorder battery charger and a few other items. If a seller has Paypal buyer protection sticker on the item - but won't accept payment thru paypal - This means the item isn't covered with Paypal buyer protection doesn't it? Thanks for any help Lynn
