True enough. A word from my experience - PayPal buyer's protection is a nightmare to invoke. It is handled like an insurance issue and took many e-mail minutes plus 40 days time to clear money back into my account. In hindsight, I would have been better off paying a higher original price from a more reputable seller for the item. In other words, don't believe that adding the "insurance" can make a bad dealer acceptable. animal wrote: > I'm new to Ebay, and want to buy a dv camcorder battery charger and a > few other items. > > If a seller has Paypal buyer protection sticker on the item - but won't > accept payment thru paypal - This means the item isn't covered with > Paypal buyer protection doesn't it? > > Thanks for any help > Lynn > > ---------- > <http://www.themacintoshguy.com/lists/MacDV.html>. > Send a message to <MacDV-DIGEST at themacintoshguy.com> to switch to the digest version. > > XRouter | Share your DSL or cable modem between multiple computers! > Dr. Bott | Now $139.99 <http://www.drbott.com/prod/xrouter.html> > > Cyberian | Support this list when you buy at Outpost.com! > Outpost | http://www.themacintoshguy.com/outpost.shtml > > MacResQ Specials: LaCie SCSI CDR From $99!
