Zathras,

I did when I received first sign it did not power up. I was rather miffed.
I did not, however contact him about it so I thought it was rather hasty to
give him negative feedback inititally. I retracted it so that it did not
effects his overall feedback. I am afraid now he feels he is in the
driver's seat. I doubt that he will respond to my inquiry. I have reported
him to eBay.
