Which format?

Hello all... I'm currently encoding a project I edited in FCP and 
iMovie for a client. He intends to use the finished product directly 
from his Hard Drive. He's using Windows XP, so what would be the best 
format for him? I'd like the quality to remain as high as possible it's 
a ten minute film so it will easily fit on a standard CDR for 
transference to his HD.

Currently I'm encoding it as a Quicktime movie at highest quality but 
I'm not certain that's the best thing to do.

Any help would be great!
