IMovie Audio problem

Using iMovie 4 on a 1 Gig eMac. A short, less than 3 min edit. It pays 
back in IMovie fine. When I try to export (that is to"Share ) to 
QuickTime: DV, small Movie CD-ROM movie any sort of output to QuickTime 
(version 6.5 - Pro) It never creates an audi track. I've exported 
iMovie projects to QuickTime dozens- if not hundreds- of times at 
least, and never run into this proble,. What am I doing wrong.
