Not sure if this will help or not. I have experienced some buffer underrun error on my 15in Albook using 10.3.3. The only way I got past them is by burning the disk at a slower rate than the media is rated for. For example, I tried burning some "generic" 16x audio CDs, but I could not burn at that rate without the errors. I dropped the burn speed down to 12x and have not had an error since. You might be experiencing something similar. Try burning the disk at a slower rate and see that clears it up.
