[MacDV] Splitting vob files

I have DVD-r discs that play well. Anyone know of a Mac program that can divide vob
files so that I could compile sections from different projects?

I know that I can accomplish this by reediting the original source material, but that
makes for a new overnight encoding session.

It seems like there should be a quick method to divide those Mpeg-2 vob files without
reencoding since their compressed quality is OK already.

If this isn't clearly stated, just ask.
