 Hey I agree it doesn't but does Chris know this?  The comment was a poor attempt at sarcasm.  Chris's posts consist of 3 types 1. he has an item for sale on e-Bay 2. He complains about the vendor that he bought the previous item from 3. He thinks that some post falls outside his narrow view of the world
