Well, here's my 3 cents: I have 2 Canon ZR70s and love them. Also had a GL2 for a short time and loved that as well. I have never had the problems that have been mentioned on this list. My Canons work fantastic. The features that sold me on them were the fact that they did indeed have the "pass thru" feature. Maybe I've been lucky but this is a good camera to me. KathyMac!
