[MacDV] Soundtrack and Garageband

Hi Lanny

Most simply put Soundtrack is a program for loop and clip arranging and 
only deals with pre-created audio.
Garageband while sharing some technology with Soundtrack is more of a 
Music Production Program
it can record audio and MIDI live and let you edit and arrange it.

There is much more to it that this but those are the main differences.
