Uhhh...  Have you tried the link at the bottom of each message?  There are
instructions there.

And also, Mr. Listmom, maybe you should put a little message about how to
UNSUBSCRIBE from the list on EACH MESSAGE -- this has been a sore spot on
this list for quite a while.
