With obviously higher prices available too, for the big budget productions. Some do wet gate, though some do not recommend that. Some clean the film first, others do not. Some color correct, some do not. Some project onto a wall/substrate, some focus on a lense that the film is projected into. Lots of variables for the price. Lastly, you have to consider if you want to send invaluable film off into the ether and trust that it will get back to you.
