[MacDV] Why won't iMovie export?

Nope. Nada.

Those options are actually in a separate part of the Export options.
You only see those if you choose Expert Settings. I'm choosing Full
Quality DV, which automatically makes a complete, self-contained
QuickTime file. (In the case of a 90-minute video, it's about 18GB.)
