Portfolio BLOWS!  There are some other asset-management apps that are 
SOOOO much better *and* easier to use:
iView Media (for basic needs) and iView MediaPro (for advanced users):

Mediaboard ONE (a fairly new app that looks very nice):

Anyway, after wasting my company's money on Portfolio 7 and Suitcase 
X1, I will not give Extensis any more of our money, and cannot 
recommend Extensis products to anyone.  As usual, YMMV, but Portfolio 7 
runs S-L-O-W on my Dual 2.5 GHz G5 with 2.5 GB of RAM -- I can't 
imagine what it would run like on lesser systems.
