[MacDV] Quicktime to Windows Media Player and Realplayer

Is it possible to convert severalQuicktime files (30 seconds to 3 
minutes) (originating in FCP) to Windows Media Player or Realplayer on a 
Mac.   Or is there somewhere I can get this done?  Preferably on line.
