[MacDV] ADVC 110 and music?

Hi all,

 I have used the canopus to input my VHS tapes to iMovie and am very 
pleased. Is there a way to use this box to imput just audio somehow to 
my iMac or iBook for future use in iMovie or burning to a CD. If not can 
anyone point me towards what I need to transfer music from the turntable 
to the iMac and use it in iMovie or possibly Toast?
