[MacDV] El Gato EyeTV 200?

This Plextor DVR now comes with El Gato software (v1.7) for Mac users.
I don't know much about PVRs/DVRs, but this looks pretty interesting 
as it will do MPEG-1,2,4 & DivX.

The El Gato guys at MacWorld were saying that a new generation of 
DVRs coming will be required to have some way to prevent people from 
FF through commercials. Something to do with tags.  They were giving 
a date near mid year when this was all supposed to happen I believe.
