Yes and no. I have EyeTV 200 and just went thru the prefs and what EyeTV 200 does is encode the signal you feed it in your choice of Mpeg 1, Mpeg 2 or Mpeg 4 which it stores on your drive. From there you can export it with anything you can think of including DivX.
