[MacDV] Toast 6 Error -34 "Disk Full"

Dear Friends,

I'm in a bit of bind trying to copy a DVD. This is a DVD made by a 
friend, not a commercial or copy-protected DVD. 4 gigs on it. Should 
be easy.

But...when I ask Toast to copy at best speed it returns an Error -34 
Disk Full. What gives?

I set the Toast Preferences to a HD with 100 gigs free. Does the boot 
drive have to have a certain amount of free space, too? If so, how 
much?
