[MacDV] Buffer Underrun in iDVD

Have you tried moving the whole project to the other disk and burning 
from there? This may be a case where the disk transfer can't keep up 
because the files are too highly fragmented. You might be better off 
doing some disk reorganization so you can have movies in separate 
partitions so you can totally erase the partition when you are finished 
with the movie and then new projects can be in their own contiguous space.
