There is another way that usually works, but I really hesitate to  
suggest it because some people may think its "easier" than the  
correct way of unsubscribing. But since you've tried everything else...

Try bouncing the messages you receive from the list. Most listserv  
software is set so that if someone starts bouncing messages (messages  
can't be delivered) they automatically get unsubscribed.

I generally consider this an inappropriate way to unsubscribe, but if  
you've tried everything else...
