[MacDV] No sound on disk image made with iDVD!

Problem solved.  Now burning DVD's at 4x using Toast 5.2.1 (I know I 
need to upgrade, but I do have some priorities :-)  Just dragging the 
VIDEO_TS folder into Toast and hitting record works fine.

I think the presence of the empty Audio_TS folder on the image had 
something to do with my problems.  It may have been covered on the 
list, if memory serves - which it rarely does these days...

The ability to save to a disk image was a real life saver for me.  All 
that time spent encoding assets was a one time expense, and gave me 
something to fool around with until I found the solution.

Now I don't need to worry about my head exploding any time soon!
