[MacDV] No sound on disk image made with iDVD!

I wouldn't have declared the problem solved if I hadn't tried playing 
one in the generic DVD player hooked up to our TV set...  I figure if 
they play there, they'll work most anywhere.

I guess I forgot to mention that I followed Toast 5.2.1's instructions 
and clicked on the button for adding a new DVD.  Once I named the new 
DVD I then dragged the VIDEO_TS folder into Toast.
