Oh balls.  It's UFS I think.  Long story, but I needed 
case-sensitive/case-differentiating for an old project, and don't think 
that I ever reformatted it.  Didn't even remember it until you 
mentioned it.

*sigh*

Alright, will reformat tonight and see if that helps.
