Thank you for saying what I feel, too. Someone in this discussion thread suggested MPEG-4 for web streaming, except the Windows Media Player doesn't support it. I wonder how MS will try to "embrace and extend" H.264 in their proprietary favor. It's only a matter of time before the market fragments over this new codec. Heaven forbid Window Media Player would ever support an actual standard without having a hidden agenda.
