Is it jaggy and dithered in FCE, iDVD, on the burned DVD or where?

In my experience, even though the titles look jaggy in iMovie, they go hi res in iDVD.

It FCE is anything like iMovie, you can also export to MJPEG-A codec and it will achieve full quality for you.
