Thank you all for letting this thread die without further discussion.

It would be a great help if in the future we could offer a little  
more grace to list members and keep any messages that are directed in  
criticism of a specific list member off the list.

We really want all the lists to be a place where members feel free to  
post their thoughts and questions without the fear of a flamewar  
starting from a simple mistake.
