[MacDV] Print to Video

Hmmm, I did this same project last year and seemed to remember being
able to export the Motion JPegA to video without having to go through
creating a separate NTSC DV file. The M-JPEG-A rendered a beautiful
file, which then exported crystal clear to digital tape. It turned out
great.
However, it was a year ago since I did this.
I will try exporting the file to DV NTSC and then try to print that
file to video.
