[MacDV] Moving iMovie project from one machine to another

Hi all,

I had someone who created an iMovie project on one machine without a DVD
burner and when we tried to move it to another machine with a DVD burner the
project did not survive the transfer. None of the clips nor music was saved
in the timeline. All the clips etc...were there but the project had to be
recreated from scratch. The icon was different also it transferred as a
folder but not the all in one package that was the original iMovie project
on the original computer. Is there a way to transfer a project?
