[MacDV] A Bacic DVD

[Gordon Alley]

After you customize an iDVD theme to remove all of its unwanted elements,
you can save that as your "no-theme" theme. It should then appear in the
theme list, and you can use it again the next time you need to make a DVD
with no theme.
