[MacDV] Back up copies of DVD's

Should you happen to need analog/digital (and vice versa) conversion
capabilities at some point, you could get a Canopus A/D converter and
also take advantage of its ability to defeat Macrovision. At least,
the ADC-100 can do it; I'll let others verify that newer models also can.
