[MacDV] Compression of QT movies for use in" Mail"

Until I upgraded to Snow Leopard I could go to File>Share in QuickTime  
Player and be given  options in "Mail" as to the size of the file I  
wanted to transmit.

I now find with Snow Leopard the "Share" facility in QT Player only  
covers  iTunes, MobileMe Gallery and YouTube.

How can I compress my QT files (video clips etc) to a size suitable  
for emailing?
