[MacDV] HD Editing on FCE

Hi Folks,

Anyone familiar with both FCE and ScreenFlow?

Let's say I wanted to create some "screen recording" video clips in ScreenFlow, export them at a size of 1280x720, then import them into FCE for more editing (mainly adding a voiceover). The video work in FCE will not involve any video from a camcorder. Do you need to set up FCE differently than you do to edit standard DV from a camcorder to preserve the 16:9 aspect ratio throughout?
