I love Snapz Pro for capturing whatever you are doing on your screen.
Using a microphone (built in or other) you can add your commentary as
you go and end up creating a Quicktime movie with sound that will go
into iMovie later. I use the movies as little educational tutorials for
my more technology disadvantaged teacher collegues.<br>
