hi i saw the message you posted on the macintosh guy site regarding gps units and the Mac. i am in a similar situation -- i want to get my husband (a Mac user) a gps unit for his birthday, and i cannot seem to find one that is Mac-compatible. did you ever find anything out? i'd appreciate any info you can provide. thanks, sara
