You'll need a shareware app called "USB overdrive" or another joystick
controller. You can find them at versiontracker.com. First set up the
control keys in MOA, then open the control panel/app for USB Overdrive and
add the game to the list of apps and configure the buttons to the
appropriate keys.

USB Overdrive is available for 8.x - 9.x and X. It also works for driving
wheels and mice.
