Folder Weirdness

I was trying to dig out some of my older games to play on my iBook, when
I encountered a weird problem. Some of my CD's now refuse to open in the
finder. The finder just restarts. I then rebooted into OS9 and I didn't
have any problems with the CD's. I went back to X.2 and they still refuse
to open. Has this happened to anybody else?
