[MG] Joystick/Game controllers for OS X and the HID

I used to play Warbirds back when I had a CH products Throttle, Flightsitck
and pro pedals with my old 8500.  But they were all ADB and now I've got a
USB mac and no pedals or throttle.

Id like to check out the latest version of Warbirds sometime.
