[MG] Belkin Nostromo 52

Not the 52, but I've got the 50 and it seems to work without a problem 
using Belkin's provided drivers.  I couldn't figure out a way to import 
Belkin's available pre-made setting files though.

I haven't used it in a while, so things may have changed.  And I can't 
remember if it works with USB Overdrive or not, though I suspect not 
unfortunately.
