We all know that audiophiles are the bane of an audio engineers existence. ;-) The magic of Mp3 is not it's audio quality but it's ubiquitousness. There are better codecs out there including AAC, but for better or worse Mp3 is the coin of the realm. On the entirely other end of the spectrum, I was asked about MLP 96KHz/24bit DVD-Audio encoding the other day. Does anyone know of DVD-Audio burning software out there for Mac or Unix.
