If you boot into OS 9x you should still be able to run Cubasis VST., I
have run Cubase VST on an ice book with 8 tracks of audio plus MIDI
with no real problems. and If you are transitioning to OSX I still like
Cubase SX. If you are MIDI oriented and don't need much in the way of
audio recording why not go with Reason 2.5? For theater, I just load
sound cues into the samplers and trigger them real time. Plus the MIDI
instruments and effects sound great.
