Cubase SX/ Delta 1010LT PCI

Purchasing Cubase SX. The audio interface I am looking
at is the M-Audio Delta 1010LT PCI.

Does anyone know of any incompatibility problems?  I
have a friend say make sure they are compatible.

I like the price (under $300). Does anyone know of a
10 in/ 10 out USB product for around the same price?
