I am almost finished writing "The MacAddict Guide to Making Music with GarageBand" book which will be in book stores in May. However there is one issue with GB that I haven't been able to get a satisfactory answer. Typically when you Export to iTunes GB saves the file as "song name".aif in the "your name", "your name's " Album folder. Soon for no apparent reason GB decides not to save files that way and starts saving them in the iTunes Import folder under the file name bouncedXX.aif. I have scoured the Apple and GarageBand lists and tried to get a strait answer from Apple support. I have come across a couple band-aid fixes, yet nobody seems to be able to tell me exactly WHY this occurs. Any thoughts from this list? -- Jay Shaffer Mac Audio Guy mag at macaudioguy.com http://macaudioguy.com/
