[MPA] Changing pitch: cents vs. percentage

Yeah, yeah, good point. But I really got wrapped around the wheel 
thinking about it.

I also came up with 2.666...%, using some 7th grade math I remembered. 
1200 cents = 1 octave, and a "pitch change" (in this case, analogous to 
playback speed) of 100% also equals one octave. Thus 32/1200 = 2.666/100.
