When Training Occurs

	I've been unable to clearly understand when exactly ViaVoice is being 
trained.  I'm particularly curious to know if I am miss-training when I 
dictate a first draft, and do not correct mistakes before saving.
	Before Christmas I stumbled across some postings on this site that 
seemed to deal with aspects of this question, but now that I have come 
back to find them, they seem no longer available.
	Any help would be appreciated.
