Recently released ViaVoice update, nawfal umari

I restored a pretty old back up voice model, one that wasn't
corrupted with the rc=0 problem, and ran it under Jaguar, and still
got rc=0.  

I don't want to totally throw away my voice model and start over from
scratch, I've spent lots of time creating it.
