Need help (forgot subject on previous message)

I have a G-4 PB 1Ghz with 1024 RAM. Also have VX 1 TalkPro Exp with 
Andrea USB Pod. I have both VV & MacSpeech.
I have devised a 4D data base that inserts words and phrases(1800+) 
into 4D Write which is a full word processor. All it takes is a click 
to insert something (from a cascading list) that is in the data base. 
(I use it for creating medical reports. ) Sometimes I encounter a 
unique description that is not in the data base and would like to 
dictate directly into the 4D word processor.
I have 2 choices. Dictate into Speakpad and paste taking advantage of 
the IBM medical dictionary and better number handling, but putting up 
with the lousy correction system. Or use MacSpeech for spot dictation, 
with good correction ie direct typing, no pasting but lousy medical 
word vocabulary (have processed lots of old reports for training) and 
so far lousy number ie digit results.
I am willing to continue with either but am curious if anyone has a 
prediction as to whether VV or MacSpeech will work out best in the long 
run or should I work on expanding my data base (Can be done but 
requires work)
