I am VERY surprised you are getting good results out of that setup. 
MacSpeech acknowledges that iLisen has a problem with the gain in 
Andrea Electronics microphones. I never got good results with iListen 
and *any* Andrea Electronics microphone.  Let alone one plugged into 
a hub.
