[MV] Panther & ViaVoice

  ViaVoice runs fine on the Panther for me--PowerBooks G4 12 in., 
640MB/867MHz.  Just in case anybody is interested, virtual PC needs to 
be updated to 6.1 For panther compatibility.  the only issue I can 
think of that might distinguish the varying results is that I simply 
upgraded both my G3 and G4 PowerBooks from Jaguar to Panther without 
doing a clean install.  When I upgraded the Jaguar installation on an 
external hard disk drive to panther and then installed ViaVoice, I 
couldn't launch speech center--no error message, just Nothing.
